No Voice Message Indicator or Stutter Tone

I have two Comcanst phone lines coming into my home and two separate phone systems.  Both phone systems have voice mail indicator lights and worked well with our previous voice mail service but they do not flash when a new voice mail is in our Comcast VM.  In addition, neither phone line has a stutter tone to signify there is a new VM message -- this too worked fine with our previous service.  I see many have this issue but I've not been able to find a solution.  Any help is appreciated.

Most of the time it is a coding issue on your account.  Only a Comcast CSR can get it fixed.  We lost our Comcast helper who was taking care if these issues on the forum.
