I can't sign into voice & text, it says "sorry, there is a problem."   I want to sign up for nomorobo.  Please advise.

For this issue, you will need to call into Comcast and speak with a CSR.  It can be taken care of within minutes, but only after you call in as there is no other option online to do this.  You can take a chance on online chat, but they may not have access to the application to fix this.
