No Phone Service

No Phone Service

No incoming phone service for a week now (since the installation).  After a series of blunders by the Comcast techs, I was able to make outgoing calls, but no incoming calls.  Comcast service techs can't fix the problem.  I just called Comcast and tech said hang up and i'll try to call you back.   Are they really that stupid?

Good luck  with your problem.  I  have been trying to get up and running since 10/07. but has not worked...many problems.. second phone in house not connected,tech installed modem so cord lay across patio door opening to outside,latest is can receive calls but can't dial out.

Talked to svc tech yesterday after all the modem resets etc he said problem might be with their switchboard

said would check and call back. No call back and still can't dial out. Glad I have a working cell phone.  Am

considering going back to ATT.

Mine finally got fixed after being out for 9 days.  I suppose I would be asking too much if I asked for a credit. Don't know what took them so long, but the competence level of their technicians varies greatly.

I have sent this over to your local area. I'm not sure what the issue was but we should of completed the full install for you.
