Here is your post with the information removed;

 

We have been without phone service 2+ (no dial tone) days. Here's what we done to check service. Unplugged all phones and tested each one, one at a time finding no problems. I used a Linemen telephone hand set and checked each phone jack one at a time and still no problem found. Reset modem 3 times, including removing backup batteries once and unplugging power cord to modem, unplugging all connectors, including cable, pressing the reset button on the back of modem. When modem was turned on all LED lights were green. I have no problems with internet, just the phone service. Later a LED marked as US changed to amber/yellow. As fas as I know everything else is Ok.

Note! I had a very frustrating time trying to contact Comcast Service by cell phone and finding a way to send this email, if this is your em address.
