No Phone Line

No Phone Line

I just installed the new X1 platform. My internet is working, as well as the WiFi. I have no problem with my cable service. I do not have however, my voice or phone line. Can someone help or make a suggestion.

I have been having the same problem. I took my modem back to Comcast/Xfinity and got a new one. I just hooked it up and still having same problem. They are sending a Xfinity Tech to my house Sunday at 8am.(01/24/16).

If you installed the service and activated the modem side of the gateway, call into Comcast and speak with a CSR about ensuring the EMTA (phone) side of the gateway is activated....
