My phone worked this mornng.  Now it says "No Line."   I try to call myself and it goes right to voice mail.

Start troubleshooting your CDV by disconnecting cord the L1/L2 jack on the eMTA telephony modem, and plug in a known good wired telephone.  Next, reset the eMTA telephony modem by pressing the small indented reset button on the back panel.  Then give it a test.  

 

If it now works, then plug the telephone cord back into the L1/L2 jack that connects your inside phone wiring.  Give it another test.
