No Land Line

I have activated my new router but my landline will not come on eventhough the internet is fine.... have reset everything twice and still no land line.

Was the phone service also "activated" / provisioned ? Call 1-800-comcast and ask the rep to confirm.

Thanks for the info...... after a very long wait I finally got to someone who fixed the problem
