No Digital Phone service

No Digital Phone service

I am a Comcast employee, I received my new HSD / Voice Modem and have hooked it up. My HSD is online but my digital phone does not work, no dial tone. I reset the modem several times and when it cycles thru and the LED's flash and go to solid, when it gets to Tel#1 it flashes a few times and then goes dark. Tel#2 does not light up at all. Does the Telephone modem need to be activated seperately from the HSD modem?

It should have activated all at the same time that line 1 will be solid, I'd call in

Check Casper for information on provisioning voice, so you know in the future. 

 

And email/call the ESC to get tech on it. Should get you squared away.
