I don't recieve the date and time on my voice mails ... any ideas??

Hello,

This option can be setup in xfinity connect full version by going to preference tab and then clicking call manager on the left side. On  the right siide you will see a voice mail prompt choose the option announce the date and time when playing the voice message.
