No Caller ID through XFinity iPhone App

No Caller ID through XFinity iPhone App

I have the XFinity app installed on both my iPhone and iPad, and I haven't been able to get it to display notifications when someone calls our house.  I get notifications if a voicemail is left, but I'm not getting any caller ID notifications when the call is being placed.  I used to get them consistently before, and now it stopped working.

 

The preference is turned on for caller ID notifications, and I've tried reinstalling the app, turning it off, leaving it off, then turning it back on, and nothing has helped fix this.

 

Any ideas of why this doesn't work?  Is anyone else having this issue?

I also do not  have the real time caller ID function working on my IPhone 4s. Tried the phone support and on line chat to no avail. Does anyone at Comcast have an answer?

Having same problem for past week or so. Have tried all the same things as above. What's up Comcast??

I'm having the same problem no caller id showing on iPhone .
I updated the xfinity app and ever since no caller ID.
Does anyone from xfinity read these posts??
