No Caller ID on TV or Computer

No Caller ID on TV or Computer

Help!  Signed on for triple play awhile ago.  Didn't have any phone service call features at the onset, but several phone calls later, they are fixed except one.  No caller ID on TV's and none on computer.  Have two TV's that are qualifiers to get caller ID, but neither gets it.  Downloaded Universal Caller ID for computer and have the window pop-up on start up, loads and says it's connected.  Already made several phone calls, tried a reset from ComCast, tried powering down and resetting.  Nothing...  This service never worked from day one and I'm getting frustrated with "give it another day and it should start working."  Anything else I can try from my end?  I've made several service calls and had several visits from repair folks.  This is the last thing to get to work.

I do get the id on my tv. I have 2 lines and get it from the one number, but want the other. I have learned from the forum board you can't get both. I can't get Comcast to switch it. Good luck, but not sure how to help.

Hello,

You can only get it on your primary account and not on both.

I understand it has to be on primary number, but how do you get Comcast to switch it when you have 2 numbers. I've worked with support for several weeks, and as of yet no solution.
