No Caller ID on Calls that are forwarded.

No Caller ID on Calls that are forwarded.

Caller ID works fine on X1 box, iPhone app, PC app for all calls that are directly dialed.

 

But; if you forward your cell to your Comcast landline. The call will go through and ring. The Caller ID appears on the phone.

But not on any of the other apps.

 

Is this a known issue, and is there an expected time frame for resolution?

Ok. Sorry about this.. It's been bugging me for weeks. After I posted this, I thought, what the heck, let me try it just in case they fixed it.

And they did!

 

Works on all 3 platforms.

 

Thanks Comcast.

Now if you can just use a more up to date CNAM database.
