New vtech phone system doesn't work

New vtech phone system doesn't work

I replaced my old vtech phone system with a new vtech.  Calls now get dropped or dial tone doesn't work intermittently.   Is this a connectivity problem with Comcast or should I just return the system

Do you have a gateway broadcasting a 2.4G wifi signal?

This may be interfering with the VTEC's operation...   try moving the base unit to a different location.

 

How is your VTECH connected?
