New Voice/Data modem-no rcv on phone-no cid on tv

Rcvd the upgraded voice/data cable modem and worked for a week, then phone calls and go to answer, get disconnect...no voice mails either. Noticed caller id not working on TV also. Can call out, but when I call from work to home...get phone suspended message.  That torques me off, for what I pay a month.  If you're doing upgrades then get your servers in sync with your network so customers don't have to gripe.

AGREE-new modem replacement today-NO PHONE SERVICE AT ALL and told that Comcast is having a connectivity issue and told me to chat back later...NO CELL i'm torgued...to say the least days upon days of this...
