New Voice Customer

Just got voice service. How do I set and access voice mail? How are we notified of voicemail? Can't we turn off and let the phone answering machine work?

On the upper right corner where you posted your message move your mouse to customers.

 

Under customers click help and  support on the right side there is info on digital voice.

 

You should have also received a comcast phone user manual for addition help.

 

For quick start dial you telephone number and they will ask a bunch of question and if you use smartzone under voice you can have more settings.

 

There is also the http://digitalvoice.comcast.net

 

This should at least get you started.

Voice mail needs to be set up initially from your home telephone by dialing *99, and following the prompts.

 

Once setup, if you wish to access your voicemail from another location, you can call your home number. Once the voice mail greeting starts, press the # key, and you will be prompted to enter your voicemail passcode.
