New Second line, no voicemail online

New Second line, no voicemail online

I ordered a new phone (second) line last week. It was activated on Thursday. They told me it would b a few days before I could access it online as well. I still can't access it online. It's like it doesn't exist under my account.

 

Shouldn't I be able to access voicemail online for both lines?

Also, shouldn't I be able to view/manage the second line from the Xfinity Mobile app for my iPhone?

Don't know why they haven't responded.  I will give them a nudge, but probably won't get a response until Monday or Tuesday.

Someone has tried to call me twice but I wasn't home. I called back and left a voicemail. I still can't access the second line online or via Xfinity iPhone app.
