Why do you have to listen to the entire message before you can delete it? Can you change it so you can delete a message any time?

You can press 7 twice while listening to the message to delete that message.

If you have other questions on how to use the VM system you can go to the following link:
https://www.comcast.com/corporate/customers/customer_support/comcast_digital_voice.html

and then click on the voice mail tutorial link on the right side of the screen.
