Need help with new number

Need help with new number

I have had a new number for over two months, but now have the following issues:

 

     1. My voice account still shows my old phone number and the new number

     2. I can't see messages online 

     3. Even though voice on line is showing my old number, it also shows missed calls from as late as yesterday, but on dialed calls it does not show a call I know for a fact was dialed yesterday from the house phone.

     4. I can't access anything to do with my voicemail on line.

This is a Community Forum, no one with the access to your accout hangs out here.

 

You will need to contact Comcast support to get your issues fixed.
