hello, i recently got Comcast home telephone but when i got it i told them i needed only just the phone to be able to make calls and receive, i didn't need any extra features, the extra features was still there and i have called customer service 3 times and they keep telling me it will be removed in 2 to 4 days, is there an email address for someone that can help me remove these features or if someone here has a contact i would deeply appreciate it..thank you

ok thank you , i am still waiting i dont know why customer service told me three times that it was done and its still on my phone, i need those features disabled as soon as possible
Hi LarGand -- I reviewed these phone features on your account. Only one's I'm seeing are Call Waiting and Caller ID. You would like both of those removed?
You have our Unlimited Saver phone service. Call Waiting comes built-in to that program. I'm unable to remove it unfortunately.
Nevermind you can close this thread, someone at comcast called me this morning and they was able to remove the call waiting from my account...thanks again
I saw that. I reviewed the account to see about other plans and saw that order.
