NON WORKING CALLER ID ON TV

Hello,

  I've just got back this morning from trading out my old set top Hd box for a DVR hd box Motorola(DCT3412 I) Went through the reset procedures, Everything working great but UCID, went to the Menu & now ITV box is gone and caller Id not working, Tried unplugging and waiting then re plugging and waiting and now 3 hrs later still nothing, Was I given the wrong Box? Or is there something I am missing?

It can take up to a week for the UCID on TV to start working on a new box because of datbase syncing.  Give it until next Wednesday, and if it doesn't work by then. post back it can be escalated to get account codes proper.

 

Tomorrow power cycle the box, unplug the AC for 2 minutes, then power it up again so everything can reload fresh.

Sorry about the inconvenience you are having. I have refreshed your caller id to TV and sent a test to your cable box. It's telling me that your banner is displaying at the bottom of your TV screen.

Can you unplug your cable box from the wall for 5 minutes and allow 45 minutes for your guide to fully restore and then test it for me and verify if its working.
