My smartzone says i have voice mail but will not let me access it

My smartzone says i have voice mail but will not let me access it

is there a setting i need to reset or something? not sure what to do.

I've notified the Comcast Corp admin to look into your account.  His team will fix it and let you know.

One more thing, you can access your voice mail by dialing *99 from your home phone.
