My phone keeps breaking

My phone keeps breaking up for about 3 months. Bought new phones and it is still happening.

As a first step, try rebooting your modem/gateway by unplugging cord from outlet, let sit 10 seconds and then plug back in.  Allow 3-5 minutes for device to fully come online and see if that fixes your issue.   If it does not, you will need to call into Comcast for further troubleshooting.
