I have signed up for the phone service, however I do not see it activated.  Is there something that I need to do?

If you signed up online, based upon recent posts by other Comcastic customers, there is a very good chnace it wasn't acted upon.... your best bet is to call into Comcast and ask if they show your new requested services, and if not to begin the process for starting your new services...  you may need new equipment if you already subscribe to interent service...
