Multiline phones and Voicemail

Hello, I work for an office with several phone lines. Each month we update the voicemail to state which Saturday we are open and where to call for emergencies (Its a Dr's office ) Is it possible to use the same message on all lines, as we have always had to call and record each one separately which is very time consuming.

Because this is a community forum, there is very little known on business services.

 

I suggest you contact your Comcast Business Rep.

 

Maybe you should pick up a digital voice recorder, record all your messages and playback the ones you need into the phone for the weekend hours.

i do not have a connection on my phones , nor ring tones , cannot receive incoming calls or outside calls .
