More problems with Comcast Voice

Once agian I have problems with Comcast Voice.  Had the service 6 abt 7 months now and 4 have had problems.  I;m honestly tired of wasting my time with tech support trrying to get this problem resolved,


In Feb I found that whenever I use anon call blocking on my voice account I cannot call from mycellphone to my home. Apparently the people who supply the database for COmcast's caller id numbers listed me as Family Kia of St Augustine.   I tried in vain for weeks to get comcast to correct this to no avail.   Finally I called the company that maintains the database for Comcast and they removed the entry and changed it to Anonymous.  That's when the problems began and I couldn;t call home. Even using *82 before dialing the number would not work.  Anon caller blocking on my voice account was of no use to me and I was plagued with anon calls once again.


Two months ago comcast corrected the problem. It returned agian this week. Such crappy customer service and inoperable functions.  Not worth the money.
