Modum Backup Battery?

Does Comcast supply a backup battery with its 7G862G/CT modum?  The battery compartment is empty on mine.

Nope, battery not included. eBay or Amazon are good sources for inexpensive batteries. I'd suggest you use uninteruptable power supply (UPS) instead since it's something you should have your computer plugged into already.
