Mailbox Full But Not Used Yet

Mailbox Full But Not Used Yet

Outbound calling works fine but callers to my home number get "mailbox full".  Voicemail is not set up yet.  When I tried to set up voicemail by dialing *99, it says the mailbox number I am trying to reach is not in service.  I am a new Comcast customer as of last week.  Ported my phone number from Wave (Astound).  Thanks for any advice.

Call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with the CSR about this issue.
