Loud buzzing on land line

Loud buzzing on land line

There's a rearly loud  buzzing sound going on in background when on landline. Pretty sure it's not the phone as its only a month old and had been working fine for past 3 weeks.  Safe to assume it's an issue on Comcast's side?

 

Comcast is also my internet provider.  When am signed in to my online Xfinity account and click on their "Chat with a Rep" button, safari gives me a window that says "Safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost."

I apologize for the trouble you are having with the service. I did a few checks from our end and was able to see multiple drops on the modem. I would suggest having a tech out there to check this for you since there is a chance that the issue might come back. -FC
