Lost voice guidance

Lost voice guidance

Started to get message on monitor that voice guidance had been lost...Said you were working to re-establish it...Could get picture and voice return by off/on power....Would work for a while, then message about voice guidande loss...Now full screen message, no picture beyond that & no sound at all...Also having problems w/internet...Keeps giving message that Explorer has lost the program or signal...Have on/off or close....Don't know if the two problems are related or not....Do know that I am losing patience with the whole thing...Getting a little weary of $163.00/month for problems that are new to my system...

Since "both" sevices are having isues, you may be in an outage condition....  you can check this by logging into your account online and going to MyAccount or MyServices...   you can also install the MyAccount APP on a smartphone to check for outages...   If this is not temporary, you may need to call Comcast and get a TECH onsite to diagnose and repair.
