Lost call

While talking to a cuz in Bayview, ID We lost connection. Had to use cell phone to finish talking to him.
Also lost internet & TV. Used desktop comcast doc & got service back.
It is a PAIN ------ I am a new customer, this dose not leave a very good taste in my mouth.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your services. I can’t see any network issues in your area, nor do I see any signal level problems on your account.
