Landline question.

Landline question.

We went to a local Comcast service center or whatever a month or so back. The guy hooked us up with a landline. I go out and buy myself a fancy new phone for the office. Come home, plug it in, and nothing. Didn't work. I log onto my account and find out, hey we didn't actually get the service! We recived a number and everything and were insured that it was a part of our package. 

You have the worst customer service system, by the way. I should just be able to e-mail you directly with this issue and not have to post it on some forum so people who can't help me can read about my problem. 

I really need to get this thing going, and I'll be lurking this post all day. Please get back to me!
