LOST CALL MANAGER

LOST CALL MANAGER

Call Manager Preferences was disabled Friday while a technician was working on my account. They won't return calls. A supervisor elevated this but still no solution. They offered the Lite version, but I would lose phone numbers on missed, received calls.

 

Did anyone lose access to CALL MANAGER and have a solution to regain access?

Hello,

No problem with my call manager. I did a search on the web and found out that your problem might be with a switch. You should  call 1-800 comcast or 1-800 xfinity and ask them to check the switch on the account it could be off or pointing incorrectly.

Call Manager is back! Apparently all of the activity trying to repair my Xfinity app caused problems. All set and thank you so much!!
