Your CDV account looks normal, and your High Speed Internet service is coded at the 6 MB level. It’s simply not accurate to say that the only way you will ever see higher speeds again is to add back a leased modem, at an additional price. The modem you’re currently using (an eMTA) is quite sufficient for your speed levels. I apologize for the misinformation, but if you’re still experiencing slow speeds, please contact us again and request the agent to escalate the issue, if necessary.
