Incorrect Caller Id displayed on incoming calls to my Comcast Voice Line

Someone who regularly calls me on my Comcast Digital Voice phone has recently (last month or so) been coming up with an incorrect Caller ID.  I had this person call their provider (Century Link) to determine if their information was correct in that provider's database.  They were able to confirm that the information in the National Data Base was correct.  But when they call me on my Comcast voice line the information is incorrect.  Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Hello, you have to call comcast to get them to update their caller ID database to reflect the new/changed name.  Comcast never updates their records, just adds new.

Thanks for the information.  I contacted Comcast Technical support and they took all the information regarding my situation and issued me a ticket # and will contact me once they have looked into the problem.  I have my fingers crossed that this will take care of the situation.
