Inconsistent voice mail notifications

Inconsistent voice mail notifications

During the past week I no longer receive voicemail notifications by email--also the voice messages go to a long defunct telephone recording system, and are not picked up on xfinity voicemail.  Any thoughts?

I posted about the problem of inconsistent voice mail notifications over a month ago and the problem persists.  See this thread:

Yesterday I used a chat session to try and get this resolved because I had just received two voice mails and no email alerts.  They reset my account and verifiied my email address.  Then they left me a voice mail and, .... no email notification.  Can we please get a capable technical person to work on this?  Set up a debug and leave a few voicemails and find out where the email notice get lost?  Help!!

shlep & SadUser99 -- That voice mail notification issue was a known error where notifications were coming in intermittently. Can you verify that these notifications aren't ending up in your Spam folders?

No, the notifications are not landing in my spam folder.  If it helps to debug this seriously annoying problem. here is my experience yesterday:

  - received voice mail at 8:13 am 1/24/2017 but no email

  - email finally arrived 8:29 pm on 1/24/2017

A 12 hour delay is better than nothing, but still not acceptable.
