Why do my incoming calls transfers to voicemail.

Call into Comcast and speak with a CSR about your Voicemail  not working correctly...  this may be a setting in the back-end that is causing this if you have setup your VM correctly.  Numbers  are 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489

RustyJC, make sure you do not have any call forwarding enable on the phone or by using the voice2go app. I have seen it often that this can be one of the main cause of issues for calls going straight to voicemail. Another problem would be signal related, have you noticed any drops on your other services besides the phone? If so when the modem timeouts if anyone calls during that time it could also go straight to voicemail. Check your fittings to ensure this is not causing the problem, but if it continues a tier 2 agent might need to look into this for you or a tech if it is due to the signal issues. -FC
