I'm getting Error Code SCC-0250

I'm getting Error Code SCC-0250

And nothing is showing up in Smartzone as far as missed calls, messages, etc.

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified of your SCC error and will look into it.

Update.  I was able to play a message but I still get the error code for missed calls, etc.
