I had caller ID before having X1 equipment installed but now have no caller ID

Had caller ID before I had X1 equipment installed - now NO caller ID on TV screen. How to fix?

When upgrading packages, sometimes the CallerID rate code is not reapplied to the account.  Call into Comcast and have them ensure the CallerID RATE CODE is showing and enabled on your account.
