I cannot disable call screening.

I cannot disable call screening.

The Xfinity home phone method of entering the number  "Star (*) and the specified two digit number as shown in Xfinity phone help for home phones does not work. I have tried several times.

Can you help me?

You may have a compatibility issue with your phone.  If you have access to the Internet, log into your Comcast account online and goto:  https://pf.connect.comcast.net/OptimusPref/prefs/voice

Click on Call Blocking and DELETE the number you wish to restore to active status.
