I cannot block unknown callers - my advice

I get calls all day, everyday from unknown callers. They ask to speak to people I never heard of. When I had AT&T they could block the unknown callers. So, I ask myself, if my current phone provider cannot do this and I do not want to change my number, maybe I need to switch back.

You cannot add unknown callers to your call screening feature. Anonymous is not unknown callers.

I have already spoke to customer service numerous times and did my research.

I registered on the do not call list. The "system" does not work.

With that said, do not try to help me. I am giving advice and making a statement as a current Comcast Customer.
