I can not view my recent incoming calls

I can no longer see my recent incoming /missed calls.All I get when I click on voice tab is a bright blue screen? Seemed to have started when Comcast changed to the new email system. I spent about 1 houre on the line with support. She could not solve the problem. She said she would set up a cll back from an advanced helper. Give a 4 hour window to call back. He/she never did!
