I can not get a phone number unlocked!

I can not get a phone number unlocked!

I tried several times to get a number unblocked! I tried *60 & *80 and they tell me I have no numbers on my list! Yet, every time he tries to call me, it says "Blocked" after one ring?  Please Help!

If the above provides no solution, call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR to begin the troubleshooting process.

jiasr , I reviewed your account and I am not showing  a voice modem attached to it. Can you send me a private message with the mac address of the emta? If the EMTA was not properly provisioned and added into the system this is what is probably causing your issues. -FC

Unhelpful post removed. OP has no EMTA Modem assigned to the account at present. Comcast feature codes will not work without an Comcast activated EMTA device on a phone.
