I am without a phone

I am a new Comcast costumer and have never had such a more disappointing experience.  I'm sorry to say,either your folks are incompetent, not trained, or just don't care.  I'm still without a phone and it appears the people I have talked to just don't care.

Hi zapp69, I am showing that we recently had a tech out there and I seem to be getting a good connection to your service. If you are still having issues with the phone let me know, I can look into this to see what might be causing the problem. -FC

Phone is finally working ok.  Took entirely to long.
