The only way is to call Comcast suppport, it can't be done by yourself or online.

Since I now have Comcast voicemail (which I did not want) I can no longer get ANY voicemail, Comcast or my answering machine

You can read your voicemail online if it is properly setup, it also can transcribe it and email it to you which is quite good.

 

Do you have xfinity connect setup?
