How can I automatically email forward every new voicemail?

ANSWERED

How can I automatically email forward every new voicemail?

How can I automatically email forward every new voicemail as an attachment so I don't need to log-in to cc.com all the time?

Or at least get an email when there is a new email so I know to check.

I was told that the features were going to on par with Vonage.

thanks

Re: How can I automatically email forward every new voicemail?

Your can get a email notification when there is a new voice mail, as I have mine set to go both to my mobile and email.

The voice mail attachment is on Comcast's wish list, and I miss that feature too after coming from ATT Callvantage VOIP which had it.

Your setup the notifications at digitalvoice.comcast.net and it's under preferences / voicemail

This is also where you set the number of rings, prompt shortcuts, VM passwords

Re: How can I automatically email forward every new voicemail?

So how was I suposed to find that site?

There's Comcast.com, Comcast.net, digitalvoice.comcast.net, and the comcast SmartZone.net, etc. - clicking on "Voice" from comcast brings you to Smartzone, but the smartzone preferences seem unrelated, and there's no link from there back to digitalvoice.comast.com. dv.cc.com looks like a superset of smartzone, so why is there smartzone at all - why doesn't "Voice" link you to dv.cc.com?

Thanks.

When you are in Smartzone, click on the preferences tab.

Scroll way down to the bottom, there is the line "need more controls over your voice service?"  Click on the link below, that will take you to the digitalvoice.comcast.net
