Most of the time I use call manager to check my messages. After I have listened to them and sometimes when I have deleted them, if I go to check on my home phone later some of the messages will still be there as skipped messaged and not read or deleted.
We are aware that they are not totally in sync up to the min but rather it can take up to 24 hours to sync up. The systems were re-designed to provide our customers with the opportunity to save a deleted message before it's removed off the server.
For example if you accidentally delete your voicemail through your phone, you have the option to save it while your still on the call by pressing option 6 from the main menu before you hang up.
Incase you hang up it's deleted and you can't get it back through your phone. Now you still have the opportunity to log into Xfinity Connect and pull save your voicemail from deleted section and re save it.
