Home phone not connecting

Home phone not connecting

My family has T-mobile service for our mobile phones.  We have comcast voice for our home phone.  When we make calls to a landline phone, our home, businesses, etc. the calls do not connect.  The person on the landline will answer the call, but is unable to hear the person calling on the cell phone. I have contacted T-mobile, but they tell me the issue is with comcast. Very frustrating.

Always start troubleshooting CDV issues be resetting the eMTA phone adapter, where there is a indented reset button on the back.  You should also test your issue with a known good wired phone connected directly to the eMTA.

 

If that doesn't help, then email to we_can_help@comcast.com and the Comcast Cares Team will get the right people on it.
