Home Phone caller ID and previous listing delete

I have a problem with receiving business related phone calls on my home phone # that I was given when I moved the the area a year ago.  So as I just stated it has been a year and I am still receiving calls for the old business which just happened to be a bar and the phone calls a received until 3 am most mornings.  I have multiple problems related to this issue.  1. my outgoing caller ID does not state my name, but the previous business's name.  I have contacted Comcast multiple times regarding changing this, but they assure me every time that it is correct, but it is not.  2. I cannot stop getting all the phone calls from the previous business's clientele and it is really frustrating.

 

Does anyone have an idea on how to help other than changing my phone #?
