I also am having a problem changing the number of rings before voice mail.  When I follow the instructions, and select the call forwarding link no phone number is shown in the top box.  The system prints the message that an error occurred while processing your request and to log out of the app and try again.  When I do this the same error appears.

How to change the amount of rings before it goes to voice mail?  I have an x in the call forwarding box that will not allow me to change it that way.
