Great experience adding voice

Most of the posts here are complaints so I would like to say that I just signed up for voice and the changeover (from an ATT landline) was quick and painless.  I placed the order on a Thursday, got the gateway on the following Monday.  I did the install Monday night and on Tuesday,  my number had already been ported over and I was able to make calls.  For some reason, I was unable to receive calls until Tuesday afternoon but other than that slight glitch, the process was easy.  By adding voice, I got the triple play price so my Comcast bill actually went down $20/mo and I am no longer paying ATT $42/mo for local calling.  The call quality is identical to ATT and I am enjoying the caller ID and voice mail which we never had with the landline.

Thanks for posting. It's easy to think the service is the worst thing ever since almost everyone that posts here has a problem.
